Who We Are
Alcocer Enterprises, Inc. is a Chicago-based project management consulting firm founded by Danny Alcocer
— a Principal Consultant with 20+ years of cross-industry experience spanning telecom, financial services,
manufacturing, energy, and consumer goods.
We work with mid-market and enterprise organizations as a strategic partner and embedded program leader. You're not getting a large firm, and you're not getting a staffing solution. You're getting a senior consultant who is accountable to your outcomes from day one.
Danny's Background
Danny's career began at AT&T Bell Labs — one of the most demanding technical environments in the world — and continued through Nokia, Motorola Solutions, and Altria.
Over two decades, he has led enterprise programs across some of the most complex organizational and operational landscapes in the industry: standing up PMOs from scratch, recovering programs in distress, managing multi-million-dollar portfolios, and guiding organizations through large-scale transformation initiatives.

The People Behind The Work
Behind Alcocer Enterprises is a family. Danny is supported by his fiancée and business partner Laura —
together they bring a shared commitment to building something meaningful.
Their family includes son Danny Jr. and his wife Leah, daughter Christina Diana Samuel-Alcocer and her husband Marcus, and five grandchildren — Christian Blackmon, and Diego, Daniel, Damián, and Ariana Alcocer. Family is not background — it is the reason the work matters and the standard against which we hold ourselves accountable.
Beyond the consulting work, Danny is intentionally building a business and family legacy — one rooted in
business management and operations fundamentals, layered on top of financial literacy drawn from biblical
principles.
The goal is not just to build a successful firm, but to pass down the knowledge, the discipline, and
the values that create generational impact. Alcocer Enterprises is as much about what it teaches the next
generation as what it delivers to clients today.just as a consultant, but as the person accountable for what happens next.
